Did you know the #1 fear for adults in the United States is public speaking? While that’s not a simple task, it’s worth pointing out that we can all benefit from a boost in confidence. So how do we help ourselves and our children to become more confident?
The answer is simple: practice.
Through Power Brain training, the first way we help our students enhance their confidence is by helping them know who they really are. Through guided meditation and a variety of mind-body exercises, students learn to look inside of themselves and get to know and appreciate their strengths and good qualities.
Once we’ve established this inward focus, we begin the process of overcoming our limitations through a series of physical, emotional and mental challenges. Step by step, through our Enhanced Learning classes and Leadership Programs, our students learn to embrace challenges and believe in their abilities.
Goal setting is also an essential element of building this confidence – by focusing on a life goal that they are passionate about, students begin to build their confidence as they work, day by day, to achieve their goals. “We can do it!”
